How do I use the EVOWOW shop?

The EVOWOW shop allows you to use your Donate Points and Voting Points for the available items and services.

The shop is automated, and under normal operation the requested item is delivered automatically after the purchase is successfully confirmed.

What do I need?

an activated EVOWOW account;
at least one created character;
enough Donate Points or Voting Points for the selected purchase.

How do I use the shop?

Open the website and sign in through Login.
After signing in, open Profile → Edit.
Select the character you want to shop for.
Select the currency — Donate Points or Voting Points.
Click Select to save your choice.
Open the shop and choose the item you want.
Before final confirmation, check the character, currency, item, and price once more.

Useful tips

Some items may be available only for Donate Points.
Do not order more than one non-stackable item with the same name at the same time, such as identical armor, weapons, or jewelry.
You can order up to 10 different items at once.
Stackable items such as ore, bars, and herbs can be ordered in larger quantities where the shop supports it.
You can review your purchase history from your account.
Check faction restrictions carefully. Some items are intended only for Horde or only for Alliance.
Use the shop search when you already know the name of the item you want.

Wrong item or technical problem

If you select and confirm the wrong item, character, or service and the request is completed correctly, the purchase is normally not replaced and the points are not restored simply because of an incorrect selection or change of mind.

However, if points are deducted incorrectly, the item is not delivered, a different item is delivered, or another confirmed technical problem affects the transaction, use the Feedback page so the transaction can be investigated.
