How do I change my e-mail address?

You can change the e-mail address associated with your EVOWOW account from Profile → Edit.

What do I need?

• you must be logged in to your EVOWOW account;
• you must know your EVOWOW account password;
• you must have access to the current e-mail address;
• you must have access to the new e-mail address.

EVOWOW does not need the password to your e-mail account. You only need to be able to open the confirmation messages sent to both addresses.

How is the address changed?

1. Log in to your account through the website.
2. Open Profile → Edit.
3. Enter the new valid e-mail address.
4. Open the message sent to your current e-mail address and follow its confirmation link.
5. After that confirmation succeeds, open the message sent to your new e-mail address.
6. Confirm the new address using the link in that message.

Once both confirmations have been completed successfully, EVOWOW will display a message confirming that the e-mail address has been changed.

If you cannot access one of the addresses

This procedure does not allow an e-mail address to be changed without access to both the current and the new address. Attempts to bypass the owner's confirmation are not accepted.

Keep your e-mail account secure because it is also used during EVOWOW account-recovery procedures.
