EVOWOW website upgrade; WotLK 3.3.5 core upgrade

EVOWOW's Website Is Leveling Up!

All right, adventurers. The old website has served its time. It's taking off its gear, logging out at the inn, and finally getting some rested XP.

We're replacing it with a new home for EVOWOW: a fresh Northrend look, clearer menus, and more useful ways to check on your characters and plan your next adventure. Same community. A much nicer place to hang out between pulls.

A little less clicking, a little more questing

The new pages are easier to browse on your phone as well as your computer. Check the news, open your profile, or look something up while the group waits for that one person who said "two minutes" ten minutes ago. English and Bulgarian are still just a language switch away at the top of the page.

The Armory gets some love, too. Take a closer look at gear, Gear Score, professions, and achievements. Guild pages show more about your members and shared progress, while Arena rankings and team profiles help you keep an eye on the competition. Purely for research, of course. Definitely not because that last loss is still bothering you.

And say hello to the Hall of Heroes, replacing the old Top Players pages. Quests, achievements, PvP, collections—there's more than one way to stand out. Your extremely reasonable mount collection might finally get the recognition it deserves.

Your shopping bag got an upgrade, too

The Shop makes it clearer which items suit your selected character. Before spending points, you can check who gets the item or service, what you're buying, and how much it costs. Even the most dedicated mage should probably leave the plate armour to someone else.

Find the Shop, Donate Points, Character Services, and Transactions under Shopping in your Profile menu after signing in. Your purchase history and service results have their own place, so there's less "wait, what did I just buy?"

Already part of the guild? Read this bit

Keep using your existing account—no new registration required. You'll need to sign in again after the switch, and you may be asked to review and accept the current Rules and Terms. A short reading quest. No escort NPC involved.

If an old password-reset or email-change link stops working, request a fresh one from the website. You'll also find clearer privacy choices and a dedicated place for questions and requests about your personal information.

First time here? Create an account, browse the Wiki, and check the FAQ. If something on the new site looks odd, tell us through Feedback. "Something broke" is a start; which page and what happened gives us a much better chance of defeating it.

Thanks for sticking with us. Have a look around, make yourself at home, and please remember: a website upgrade still won't make standing in the fire a valid raid strategy.

Bonus round: our top 10 TrinityCore highlights

12 April–25 September 2026 · WotLK 3.3.5

Here are our ten picks from TrinityCore's updates during this period, chosen for their impact on players. Availability on EVOWOW depends on the game-server version in use; this list doesn't confirm that every change is already live.

  1. The Black Morass gets a major rework. The dungeon's portal event and boss encounters were reworked. Medivh still needs protecting; apparently "have you tried closing the portal?" isn't a plan.

  2. Karazhan's Opera gets another performance. The Opera event and its encounters were extensively reworked. Bring a raid, not popcorn.

  3. Zul'Aman's bosses get attention. Akil'zon and Hex Lord Malacrass received substantial encounter reworks, including their abilities and supporting creatures. The trolls have been busy.

  4. Magtheridon's fight gets a rework. The battle received a substantial update. Knowing your cube assignment remains an excellent life choice.

  5. Serpentshrine Cavern gets a round of fixes. Updates cover Leotheras, Karathress and his guards, plus water hazards stopping after The Lurker Below dies. One less reason for the water to hold a grudge.

  6. Auchindoun gets some dungeon care. Boss encounters in Auchenai Crypts and Mana-Tombs received updates to their abilities and behaviour. Worth a look on your next Outland trip.

  7. Mage portals and tables keep working when the mage leaves the map. They remain usable if the mage goes offline, too, provided you remain in the same group. The catering service can finally take a break.

  8. Self-casts stop extending your PvP flag timer. Casting spells on yourself no longer unnecessarily keeps that timer running. Looking after yourself isn't picking another fight.

  9. Unfinished rituals stop wasting their cooldown. A ritual that isn't completed no longer leaves its spell on cooldown. Now you just need everyone to actually click.

  10. Overlapping stealth effects behave more consistently. Losing one stealth effect no longer incorrectly removes stealth while another of the same type is still active. Sneaky people may celebrate quietly.
